The company was formally registered in 2007 with a registered capital of 11.18 million yuan. Company founder in Yangzhou set up sales diesel engine business and team to expand business scope.

Jiangsu Hengyun Power Technology Co., Ltd was formally established and started business in the same year. Relying on advanced technology and excellent manufacturing capacity, the company has become a long-term supporting supplier of government engineering projects.

It became the OEM factory of Shanghai diesel engine Co., Ltd.
2008
It was awarded as "top 100 private enterprises in Jiangsu" and "well-known trademark in China" by the government.
2009, it expanded business scope, carried out import and export trade, followed the development of the Times, and carried out online sales business.
2010
Established the second production factory and established the wholly owned subsidiary Changsha Shiyi Electromechanical Co., LTD.
2011
Taizhou Juli mechanical and electrical Co., Ltd., the third wholly-owned subsidiary, was established.
2012
Jiangsu Hengyun Power Technology Co., Ltd reached a cooperation with China National Heavy Vehicle Group Co., LTD., and became a long-term cooperative supplier to provide power energy solutions.
2013
Changsha Shiyi Electromechanical Co., LTD., a wholly-owned subsidiary, entered into cooperation with Weichai power and became an OEM factory of Weichai power.
2015
It cooperated with Lanzhou Mechanical and Electrical Co., Ltd. and authorized OEM agent to carry out global business.
2017
The company established the third production workshop to upgrade industrial equipment and put it into use.
Beginning in 2019, the company has maintained and updated its CE certificates annually to ensure full compliance with EU standards and continuously strengthen its competitiveness in international markets.
2022
It was awarded “AAAAA” China Quality Credit Enterprise.
2025
The company successfully passed three major management system certifications: ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management).
2026
Jiangsu Hengyun Power became an official authorized distributor of Guangxi Diesel Engine Co., Ltd., further enriching its core power assembly resources and enhancing its overall solution capabilities for global customers.

All diesel generators enjoy the warranty of 12 months or 1000 hours, whichever comes first. Disposable parts such as fuel filters, oil filters, air filters, belt etc and artificial damage are not covered by the warranty. But we will provide remote technical guidance and paid repairing service.
